Lia,

I just made an update to McIDAS-X 7.60 this afternoon that you
will want to get.  The easiest thing for you to do to update your
7.60 distribution (assuming that you have already unpacked it) is:

cd mcidas7.6/update
ftp ftp.unidata.ucar.edu
  <xxxx>
  <xxxx>
  cd unix/760/bugfix
  binary
  get mcupdate.tar.Z
  quit

./mcupdate
cd ../src
make all
make install.all
