"Process terminated by SIGSEGV" indicates that the program crashed with
a segmentation violation (i.e., badly). As Tom mentioned in his last
note to you, we no longer have an OS/2 system that we can test this on.
I have no idea what could be happening.

The only advice I can give is to try this on the McIDAS-X system at TTU
since you mentioned in your last note that there is one. If you have
problems there, we can at least provide you with support and track down
the problem.

Since Unidata stopped supporting OS/2 officially July 31, 1999, it
would be best if TTU upgraded the McIDAS-OS2 system to McIDAS-X. We
support RedHat Linux and Solaris on the Intel platform so you should be
able to use the same hardware that you are using for OS/2. If you need
assistance in selecting an upgrade path, let us know.
