[LDM #FPY-926127]: Unable to download latest LDM version 6.13.17

Thank you for your query, and I have confirmed the 404.  I also attempted via 
curl and wget, with same dead link.  I will bring the next tier of support 
on-line to fix the error.

where there is has a link to download 6.13.17 being:

https://downloads.unidata.ucar.edu/ldm/current/ldm-6.13.17.tar.gz


When I click on the link I receive the following error message:

Is there another site/location to download the latest version?
