[LDM #YVD-418444]: Feed custom level-2 to RPG via LDM

The LDM is designed to operate in a standard Unix environment
(i.e., POSIX.1-2017, IEEE Std 1003.1™-2017, The Open Group Technical
Standard Base Specifications, Issue 7). As far as I know, no one has used
it in a Windows environment.

The LDM doesn't perform any data conversions, it's designed to distribute
data and invoke third-party programs for processing.
