[LDM #YVD-418444]: Feed custom level-2 to RPG via LDM

An LDM running in the VM could receive products from an upstream LDM running 
somewhere and then pass those products to the ORPG by piping the products to 
the standard input of an arbitrary program.

The pqinsert(1) utility of the LDM package can insert files as LDM products 
into the LDM product-queue where they can be subsequently processed as 
described above.
