[LDM #CZE-486853]: GFS grid question

Hi,

re:
> does notifyme look at /home/ldm/etc/ldmd.conf?

'notifyme' establishes a connection with either the local LDM
or the LDM specified as the argument of the '-h' flag. It has
nothing to do with the LDM configuration file *except* for
being ALLOWed by the LDM being contacted.

This should show every product for every feed that the particular real-server
back end of the idd.unidata.ucar.edu cluster that the request is connected
to.

By the way, NCEP made a configuration change a bit earlier today that was
aimed at minimizing the latencies that have been experienced in the CONDUIT
feed lately. We are waiting for the 18Z GFS run output to be sent to
find out if the NCEP change(s) have been positive.

Cheers,

Tom
