[LDM #KSM-666877]: Questions about new NEXRAD products via LDM

We don't yet know. It will depend on what NWS does, exactly, with the new 
products. Besides the WMO abbreviated header, there's also the NOAAPort PID, 
and the GRIB2 product identifier. I'm afraid we'll have to wait and see.
