[LDM #YTH-559396]: 20210628: LDM GRIB2 tables on GitHub

An older LDM version had this problem. The most recent one shouldn't.

Have you tried the instructions at the bottom of the GEMPAK Tables site, 
<https://github.com/Unidata/GEMPAK-Tables>?
