[LDM #BSF-129906]: ldmd.conf question

I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you on this. We had a (figurative) brushfire 
that need extinguishing.

Is the LDM still having problems getting the IP address for 
dontpanic.nssl.noaa.gov?
