[LDM #OCY-683651]: pqact crashes



Hi Bob,

Well, that's one for the books.

The "util/" directory was added so that PIPE and EXEC actions would see
that directory.

And, yes, in general utility names should be unique for the reason you just
discovered.

Eureka!  I had a thought last night that there may be a path issue.  The
> init script that launches LDM at startup is named ldmd, and is located in
