[LDM #TCW-702523]: downstream LDM server not receiving all data (e.g. nexrad) from local LDM/NOAAPORT ingest systems



Hi Gregg,

I suspect the pthread_create() failed because the thread's scheduling policy 
and priority couldn't be set.

Would you please send me a long listing of the installed noaaportIngester(1) 
program (ls -l ~/bin/noaaportIngester).
