Hmm... I checked an online version of the man page for htpdate, and it
says that the host(s) that will be checked are HTTP servers. Is
ntp.ttu.edu running a web server? The only reason I ask is the latency
numbers from rime for the NEXRAD3 and NOTHER feeds continue to increase
due to apparent clock drift.

The log(latency) plots are the best to see this effect:

NEXRAD3
http://rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/iddstats_nc?NEXRAD3+rime.ttu.edu+LOG

NOTHER
http://rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/iddstats_nc?NOTHER+rime.ttu.edu+LOG

Just curious...

Cheers,

Tom
