[LDM #WOM-274153]: Reproducible bug in LDM 6.13.10

The certificate issue has been fixed. But now Coverity Scan is abruptly 
terminating with no indication as to why. :-(  I've opened an issue on their 
forum.

There's no need to upgrade because the changes have to do with trying to get 
Coverity Scan to work.
