[LDM #WOM-274153]: Reproducible bug in LDM 6.13.10

Was it this one:

                        log_error_q("Missing GOES fragment in sequence, "
                            "last %d/%d this %d/%d\0", prod.tail->fragnum,
                            prod.seqno, pfrag->fragnum, pfrag->seqno);

or this one:

                    log_error_q("Missing fragment in sequence, last %d/%d this "
                            "%d/%d\0", prod.tail->fragnum, prod.seqno,
                            pfrag->fragnum, pfrag->seqno);

The only difference between the two is the word "GOES".
