[LDM #KAS-595282]: is "data" appended to datadir-path

I believe the GEMPAK pqact(1) configuration-file(s) assume that the working 
directory of the pqact(1) process is the installation (i.e., home) directory of 
the LDM user. If you set the registry parameter "/pqact/datadir-path" to that 
then they should work unaltered.

You should verify this.
