[LDM #WWL-921247]: ldm is running but no data

Next test:

- stop LDM, delete and remake queue, and start the LDM

  <as 'ldm'>
  cd ~ldm
  ldmadmin stop
  ldmadmin delqueue
  ldmadmin mkqueue
  ldmadmin start

If remaking the queue doesn't work, we would like to be able to login to
your machine and look around.  I tried to do this earlier today using
the credentials that I have used to logon to titan, but SSHing from
the SJSU VNP server to charney as you did not work.  I did verify
that I can still SSH as you to titan from the SJSU VPN server, but
I was not able to SSH from there to charney either as you or as 'root'.
