[LDM #WWL-921247]: ldm is running but no data

I see charney's LDM is connecting to one of the back end servers
of our idd.unidata.ucar.edu relay cluster, and that node does
try to send it data.  The problem is that an error is being
reported and then the LDM process on our machine is exiting.

We're investigating now...
