[LDM #WWL-921247]: ldm is running but no data

What Steve is really looking for is another long listing of the
~ldm/bin directory.  In particular, he/we want to see if the
permissions on 'ldmd' and 'hupsyslog' are both now set to
setuid root.  This would look like:

-rwsr-xr-x 1 root ldm 108515 Dec 12  2015 ldmd
-rwsr-xr-x 1 root ldm  12412 Dec 12  2015 hupsyslog

Notice that the owner for both is 'root' and there is an 's'
in the permissions field.

If your 'ldmd' and 'hupsyslog' now look like the example above,
you will need to stop and restart your LDM:

<as 'ldm'>
ldmadmin stop
ldmadmin start

OR

ldmadmin restart

Quick question:

- was the OS upgrade on titan?
