[LDM #ISX-930596]: LDM slow writing to disk

I just wanted to chime in with a comment:  I would be _really_ surprised
if switching STDIOFILE actions to FILE actions would result in the
elimination of the up to 30 minute delay in products being written
to disk on your system.  However, like Steve, I think that using FILE
will result in more efficient/faster writes than using STDIOFILE, but,
also like Steve, I am eager to hear the results of the test that we
are hoping that you will run!
