[LDM #VPO-816759]: LDM won't start through systemd or cron(reboot)

John,

The error message you encountered is printed by the ldmadmin(1) script when the 
expression 'system("regutil -R")' doesn't work. This is most likely caused by 
the perl(1) "system" function *not* finding the regutil(1) utility.

To verify this, would you please send me the output of the command "ldmadmin 
config", executed by the LDM user.
