[LDM #ORN-677013]: missing NOTHER feed

If you execute an appropriate notifyme(1) in one window and put process 7671 
into verbose logging mode by sending it a SIGUSR2, do the log messages from 
7671 show reception of the same  data-products as the notifyme(1)? If so, then 
the problem isn't reception of the products, but their processing.
