[LDM #ORN-677013]: missing NOTHER feed



Dave,

In order to get you the data while I think about this, Would you please do one 
of the following:

    1. Comment-out the request to idd.unidata for the data, restart the LDM, 
wait 2 minutes, re-enable the request, and then restart the LDM

    2. Add a similar request entry but to "iddb.unidata.ucar.edu" *if* the 
existing entry is the only one for that data.

> Do you think you will need root access?  I can add awips to sudoers if you do.
