[LDM #IHY-300282]: Python in pqact.conf

Does the log file indicate that the script was started?

PIPE entries in the LDM configuration-file aren't interpreted by a 
command-shell, so output redirection doesn't work.

Interesting. It would appear, therefore, that the execution environment differs.

Does the script depend on the current working directory?

Have you tried replacing the first line of the script with "#!/usr/bin/env 
/usr/bin/python3"?
