[LDM #LIT-351851]: ipadress in allow



Hi Steve,

Frank's problem is he is REQUESTing data from drizzl on drizzl.
I sent him a reply pointing this out, and reminding him that
he might need to contact the LDM site administrators on the
upstreams that stratus is currently REQUESTing from.
