[LDM #KNQ-197986]: LDM will not start

The program "rpc.ldmd" hasn't been part of the LDM package since version
6.9.0, which was released on 2010-12-23. The latest version is 6.13.6.

Are you allowed to install a newer version? If so, then I strongly recommend
that you do.
