[LDM #JFP-795619]: official docker image?

Hi Erik,

We have created a Docker LDM container and made it available in the Unidata
section of Dockerhub, but I hesitate to call it "official" release. One of
the reasons for this is that we have yet to address how to run executables
(e.g., decoders) contained in one container from the LDM container.

If you are interested in "kicking the tires" on our LDM Docker container,
we would be interested in getting your feedback on now useful it is to you
and what needs to be improved.

Cheers,

Tom
