[LDM #ZSB-314239]: generate unique files

Ha! I'd forgotten that I added that feature (likely for the same reason).

"(seq)" is substituted with the data-product's sequence-number and not the
product's creation-time. The sequence-number is determined by whatever LDM 
ingester created the data-product. As long as they're different, you'll be OK.
