[LDM #BQD-554715]: ldm restart



Carol,

That's bizarre. The downstream LDM sends an IS_ALIVE inquiry to the upstream
LDM when it hasn't received anything in 60 seconds asking if the associated
upstream LDM process is still alive.

What version is the upstream LDM?
