[LDM #ROJ-852250]: Cron job can't reset LDM registry?

Hi Chris,

I've been poking around on blizzard, and I see something that should
be corrected, but I don't know if it has anything to do with your
cron jobs complaining about resetting the LDM registry.

Do we have permission to redo the LDM build and installation on
blizzard?  I want to rebuild/reinstall the LDM so that its
installation matches our standard installation.

We will, of course, provide details of any/all changes we make
during the re-installation.
