[LDM #GQJ-707717]: LDM Compile Issue

I'll assume you verified that the error message is in reference to the libxml2
package and not some other package.

I appears that the file "libxml/parser.h" isn't installed in a location that the
compiler automatically checks. You can force the compiler to check this
directory via the configure(1) variable "CPPFLAGS":

    ./configure ... CPPFLAGS=-I/<dir> ...

where <dir> is the absolute pathname of the directory that contains the file
"libxml/parser.h".

Strictly speaking, that's not necessary because that's the default.
