[LDM #WWL-512094]: Retrieving data if it wasn't retrieved in real-time

The pqcat(1) utility might do what you want. Execute the command "man pqcat" to
see its manual-page.

Otherwise, if the data-product isn't in the queue, you'll have to try getting it
from a data-server like THREDDS or ADDE.
