[LDM #AGP-366871]: pqact missing product

Simon,

How is the pqact(1) process on the downstream host being executed? Is it
executed via an EXEC entry in the downstream LDM's configuration-file?

> My Ldm version is 6.12.9

> Upstream transfer file to downstream via ldmsend
> Downstream save file to local disk by setting pqact.conf's FILE function
> But downstream's pqact will write file in 10 min
> When i set pqact time offset to 3600 and then downstream's pqact will write

> upstream : 2016/10/04/10:20
> downstream:2016/10/04/10:30

> Shall i use the time offset when downstream is later than upstream?
