[LDM #BZD-262167]: pqact*.conf file has no entries

Please send us your LDM configuration file (~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf), the
pattern-action file that you are trying to use (should be ~ldm/etc/pqact.conf)
and the output of 'ldmadmin config'
