[LDM #AGP-366871]: pqact missing product

Our LDM developer will need to answer these questions.  I just wanted
to comment that the best thing for you to do is use 'ntpd' to keep
the clocks accurately set on both your upstream and downstream
machines.  When the clocks on both of your machines are accurate,
your processing problem will disappear.
