[LDM #SFT-487549]: LDM on Amazon Cloud

Since your immediate need is to test to make sure that the LDM
you have installed in AWS works, why not feed from one of the
LDMs already running in UIowa?  We would prefer this approach
for testing since it would mean that we would not need to
change configurations on each real-server backend of our top
level IDD relay cluster, idd.unidata.ucar.edu.
