[LDM #EIW-321327]: Updating ldm

Carol,

Changing the group membership of the LDM user shouldn't affect the installation
or running of the LDM because -- as the owner of the files -- the LDM user has
all the permission it needs.

The output of the configure-script contained this:

    checking for libxml/parser.h... no
    configure: error: Header-file not found

The libxml2 development package must be installed in order to build the LDM.
The prerequisites are listed at
<http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/ldm/ldm-current/basics/platform.html>.

When you've installed the prerequisite packages, then re-execute the
configure-script.
