[LDM #EIW-321327]: Updating ldm

Carol,

The command "sudo 'make root-actions'" must be done in the top-level
source-directory.

Instructions for installing, configuring, and activating an LDM can be found at
<http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/ldm/ldm-current/basics/index.html#installation>.

> It looks like the installation didn't work. I'm still running 6.12.14.
>
> I have sudo privileges so can I try the following in the /home/ldm
> directory?
>
> sudo 'make root-actions"

Regards,
Steve Emmerson
