[LDM #QEL-970387]: LDM at NOAA

If this is truly all the REQUEST entries in your LDM configuration-file, then 
there's your problem: you're not requesting any data because the REQUEST 
entries are commented-out (via the leading "#" character).

The notifyme(1) indicates that your LDM is able to receive data. Just 
un-comment-out the desired REQUEST entries.
