[LDM #AYC-148623]: LDM Upgrade - Product Queue Rebuild?



Robert,

It's not necessary to rebuild the LDM product-queue between LDM versions 
*providing* the LDM system was terminated normally (i.e., via a successful 
"ldmadmin stop").

We do that here all the time.
