[LDM #MNK-989154]: comparing, contrasting two ldm servers

Hi SJ,

The fact that your MacOS-X system has been running for an extended period
of time apparently without a marked decrease in volume of data being
received gives us hope that Apple finally fixed a problem that they
introduced after v10.4. We'll see if that is really true, however.

re: us getting login access to your machine

Excellent!

> where can I send pass?

Here is what to do:

In separate emails to my personal Unidata address (address@hidden)
send:

- in one email, send the fully-qualified name of your machine and its IP address

Do not send any other information in this email!!!!!

- in a separate email, send the password for the 'ldm' account

Do not make any reference to the account for which it is valid or for
  the machine it pertains to!!!!!

If you feel uncomfortable with sending the info in separate emails, you can
call me: 303.497.8642. I( will be in the office for another 1:45 to 2 hours...

Cheers,

Tom
