[LDM #RGW-234589]: pqinsert seg fault, v6.10.1

I don't recall every receiving a report of pqinsert(1) segfaulting. I just 
searched our support-email database and didn't find anything.

Was the LDM built from scratch?

Can you rebuild it with debugging enabled and send me the stack-dump of the 
core-file?
