An exit status of 2 means that the pqact(1) process successfully located the
programs to be executed ("/bin/sh" in this case) but that the program
terminated due to an error.

If you execute the command manually ("/bin/sh --noprofile -c '...'") does it
work?

Does "/bin/sh" on your system understand ">&/dev/null"?

Is there anything in "dir_watch_wrap_stdout" or "dir_watch_wrap_stderr" that
indicates a problem?
