[LDM #TBE-394001]: pqinsert producing pq_del_oldest(): MVRT product

Those messages aren't errors; they're notices. They're telling you what the 
minimum virtual residence time (MVRT) data-product is. That product is used to 
compute the minimum virtual residence time of the product-queue and, 
consequently, whether or not the size of the product-queue and the maximum 
acceptable latency parameter need to be reconciled in order to guarantee 
rejection of duplicate data-products (the MVRT of the product-queue should 
always be greater than the maximum acceptable latency parameter).
