[LDM #DVW-905555]: LDM problem

Problems with the LDM fall into two categories: LDM configuration problems and 
runtime environment problems (there's almost never a problem with the LDM 
itself).  Unfortunately, that's a lot of ground to cover.

Is there any chance that I could log onto the system in question as the LDM 
user?

If it makes any difference, I'm the LDM developer.
