[LDM #DPV-961741]: Fw: LDM Compile issue

Our in-house HP-UX system is "B.11.00 A", so I won't be able to
duplicate your problem.

Do you have a different compiler?  The one that worked for us, for
example, was /opt/ansic/bin/c89.

I used the macro HPUX_EXTENDED as an *example* only.  I have no
idea it it's necessary to obtain types like uint64_t on your system.
It looks like it had an effect, however.
