[LDM #ZMC-587082]: LDM running but no data stored

OK.  Judging from the timestamps of the log messages and the timestamp
of the data-products, you're receiving the data you want within
seconds of its being created.

I erred by specifying the "KMOB" identifier instead of "KTLH" in my
example commands because the "KMOB" entry in the pqact(1) configuration-
file is commented-out.  I assume, however, that you're receiving the
"KTLH" data-products but that they aren't being filed.

Are there any relevant log message from the pqact(1) process in the
LDM log file?  I notice that you have the pqact(1) process in verbose
logging mode.  Does it indicate that it sees the relevant data-products?
