[LDM #CTA-405594]: upgrading ldm and problem with queue

Gail,

Yes, we can upgrade your LDM installation today. We would need access to the
system in question (probably via ssh(1)). This would mean we need to know the
hostname of the computer and the name of the LDM user (probably "ldm"). We
would also need either the LDM user's password or the following entry added to
the file "$HOME/.ssh/authorized_keys" of the LDM user:

from="128.117.140.*,128.117.156.*" ssh-rsa
AAAAB3NzaC1yc2EAAAABIwAAAIEA5v3LwC2R6kdWnCVPVQf5e7I8F2qAgrFytbk7NYdkdhG+ViSfg050KtCaeH7BFI/T+ceL3a39ZW0Z/5mz+w3C2bvRH8NkyodEd3WNCCl1a72L+FDOczld3Pi0PU5Hp+UPY8NEA6H0PspEKCYCFfDVhOG3pkquB2zjhBlW9XzC39k=
 steve@*.unidata.ucar.edu

The entry should be one very long line with spaces bracketing the "ssh-rsa" and
between the equals-sign and "steve".

If you prefer giving me the LDM user's password, then call me at 303-497-8648.

At one point during the installation, the installer needs root privileges in
order to change the owner of some installed files to "root". We could tell you
when to do this or you could add the same entry above to the file
"/.ssh/authorized_keys" so that we could logon as the superuser (I'll
understand if that not an option).
