[LDM #USC-745284]: syslogd: /usr/local/ldm/logs/ldmd.log Operation not permitted

Is the operating-system Linux?  Was SELINUX enabled?

Does the boot-time script that starts the LDM do it as the LDM user?

Are there any error-messages?
