[LDM #QOQ-440372]: question to use LDM to transfer and oqverwrite files

I forgot to mention that you should use the EXP feedtype instead
of WMO for your data-products.  This will  keep the data
separate and help prevent, for example, inadvertent decoding of
WMO data-products that aren't WMO data-products.
