[LDM #UGB-524529]: No LDM server running?

All the above looks good.

Please send me the output from the following commands executed by the
LDM user in that user's home directory:

echo $HOME
pwd
grep LOG_LDM src/config/ldmconfig.h
bin/hupsyslog
logger -p local3.info test
head logs/ldmd.log
