I don't know.  The problem you're seeing is due to the TCP connection to
the NSF computer getting closed for an unknown reason.  I've seen this
before but have been unable to discover the reason why the TCP connection
shuts down -- dispite a lot of effort.

Does this really happen on your system every 30 seconds?  Are you missing
any data as a consequence?

It could be that upgrading the LDM on the NSF computer *might* fix the
problem.  I'll see what I can do.
