20050315: bigbird and ldm6.3.0

Gerry,

Your Allow line for CRAFT data to SUNY-Albany has a ".*" pattern in it:

allow CRAFT ".*" ^(gusher\.atmos\.albany\.edu)

Allow lines do not use patterns. This should be:

allow CRAFT ^gusher\.atmos\.albany\.edu$

The previous version will have a parse error, but it is not caught
by the software leading to other problems in previous versions
such as unexpected matching or denying.
